It's an odd coincidence. We were sitting in front of Faneuil Hall several weeks ago, taking a break between enjoying adult beverages with the Tartan Army and taking a walking historical tour. There were two women sitting next to us and my wife volunteered that we were from Maine. They mentioned the usual places in southern Maine but then one mentioned that she thought Height of Land was the most beautiful place she had ever seen on the planet. I had to admit that I had never heard of it even though I've lived in this state for 53 years. I had to Google it and discovered it's between Roxbury (ME not MA) and Rangeley. We spend a week in western Maine every October so we'll definitely see it this year. I've never heard of any of the other places.
Is it Dallas Plantation?
That last part. All the yes. πβπΌ
